Upper Midwest Management is a full-service property management company. UMMC manages commercial and agricultural property for over 230 clients. With offices in Minnesota and Ohio, we manage assets in excess of $190 million in agricultural and recreational property and $75 million in commercial property.
We take pride in the personalized service and the relationships between our managers and our satisfied customers’ properties we manage.

Real Estate
Upper Midwest Management and North Central Realty offer full service real estate services. We specialize in agricultural, developmental and recreational land across the upper Midwest and the Northern Plains regions. UMMC has been involved in real estate since 1974 and North Central Realty since 1963.
We retain the services of a CPA, who specializes in real estate tax benefits and an attorney, who specializes in estate tax planning and real estate law. This extra level of expertise is part of our TEAM APPROACH® for our clients.
